Brent was great, he was very thorough and took the time to explain all of his findings. Brent's thoroughness revealed a water leak which lead to mold in the basement( he found the mold by moving some "suspicous" boxes). Along with a few other things he found, we decided not to buy the home. The search goes on, we will hire Brent again. Thanks Mike

My wife and I bought our first home conditional on inspection. Upon accepting the offer conditionally, we had three business days to co ordinate the home inspection. Brent was available on short notice to complete the home inspection. He was professional, kind and informative. He spent approx. 3 hours at the house and provided a detailed report upon completion. Based on the report results, we became aware of a few issues with the home that allowed us to negotiate the selling price down $5,000! It was money well spent. Brent was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend his services!

Brent was phenomenal - even with snow on the roof, he went out to inspect a leak we saw in the chimney. He squeezed into the attic despite a closet organizer partially blocking the access hatch. He even found a possible issue in the foundation that we found out was not more than a settling crack and was not an issue for us moving forward. Very friendly, explained everything in simple terms and definitely went out of his way during the inspection.
